For more than fifty years, the Munro family has helped Buffalo-area homeowners and businesses refinish, refresh, and remodel their kitchens and baths. We’re a local, family-owned company — based in Clarence Center, with our own showroom — and we’ve built our name one project at a time.

Munro Products has been refinishing and remodeling Western New York kitchens and baths since 1972. What began as a local bathtub refinishing business has grown into a full-service kitchen and bath company — refinishing, cabinets, remodeling, and repair — serving homeowners and property managers across the Buffalo metro.
Over the decades we’ve refinished more than a thousand bathtubs a year, reglazed and refaced countless kitchens, and become the name local property managers call when they need work done right and on schedule. We use our own professional refinishing and cabinet systems — processes we’ve refined over the years — so the result is consistent every time.
Through it all we’ve stayed what we started as: a family-owned local business with a real showroom you can visit, a single point of contact, and a name we stand behind.

Neil Munro — Founder & President
Neil founded Munro Products in 1972 and has led the company ever since, building its reputation for quality kitchen and bath work across Western New York.

John Munro — Owner & Vice President
Neil’s son, John manages the financial and business side of Munro Products — the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a family company on solid footing and moving forward.

Craig Munro — Senior Project Manager
Craig leads Munro’s refinishing technicians and coordinates the crew on each job — and still works hands-on himself, especially on repairs.

Diane Diederich — Office & Sales Manager
Diane handles remodeling coordination and sales, and is one of the friendly front-office voices customers reach when they call to plan a job, ask a question, or get on the schedule.

Joanne Erickson — Administrative Assistant
Joanne keeps the books — invoicing and billing — and is another familiar front-office voice, glad to help schedule your work or answer a question.
